Encourage Your Students to Pledge Their #Collegiance

National News | 19 Jun 2019

The College Board’s fifth annual #Collegiance campaign is now live. #Collegiance is a social media video contest for students making their college decision. We’re looking for creative and original Instagram videos that demonstrate just how excited students are about making their college decision.

WHEN: March 15- May 15, 2019

WHAT: #Collegiance is a national social media video context for students making their college decision. Students can share their college decision on Instagram for a chance to win a $6000 grand prize or one of nine other cash prizes.

HOW:

  1. Upload: Announce your college decision in a creative video—less than 60 seconds—on Instagram
  2. Submit: Enter to win by tagging your post with #Collegiance and #CollegeBoardContest by May 15.
  3. Win: The 10 most creative entries win money for college, including $6,000 for the best video.

SPREAD THE WORD:

#Collegiance is a great way to celebrate academic achievement at your school. We’ve created a Pledge Kit that educators can use to encourage their students to pledge their #Collegiance. We hope to see many of your students represented in this year’s contest!

Visit collegiance.org to learn more about the campaign and follow the #Collegiance and #CollegeBoardContest hashtags to join the conversation.
